Willie Lanier: As the founder and CEO of Lanier United, Willie Lanier drives the business development, strategy, and leadership for the company through its national footprint. With more than 20 years of senior real estate and construction experience, Willie has participated in multimillion-dollar projects of residential, mixed-use, and single family properties, including pioneering projects in the Midwest and midatlantic regions. 

In his previous role, he was Vice President of Subcontractor/ Procurement Management at J.E. Dunn Construction in Kansas City, Missouri, where was responsible for recruiting and managing small business contractors and procurement services for this group.

Mr. Lanier is a board member of the Kansas City Community Foundation, Envision Lead Grow, and Urban Land Institute organizations. He is actively involved in various committees at James Madison University.

Keith Hammond: As Vice President of Lanier United, Keith Hammond is known for his reputation as a Senior Project Manager in many arenas, both literally and figuratively, including his notable role as Senior Project Manager for the Owners of the SOFI Stadium in Los Angeles, a $4.3 billion dollar project.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Mr. Hammond worked for ten years in the Health Care industry before embarking on his career in Construction Management. He spent a decade in the Sports Division with the Nation’s largest builder, Turner Construction, where he conducted full spectrum Project Management services for a number of notable projects, including Lambeau Field, Soldier Field, Virginia Beach Convention Center, New York Yankees Stadium, and Arrowhead Stadium.

Mr. Hammond provided PMO services for a number of both conventional and renewable energy platforms, including Substations, Transmission Lines, and Wind Farms during his time in the energy sector with Quanta Services.

He is excited to serve Lanier United in his role as Vice President, while continuing to provide excellent service to our construction projects, including large-scale Sport and Assembly.
